O Vinegar Sherry
Fresh palomino grapes are aged outdoors in toasted white-oak barrels using a 60-year-old European family starter. California apricot wine is added during aging to create an amber, smooth, aromatic finish. Smoky apricot notes of this sherry vinegar serve well with lentils or hearty fall soups. Sherry & chopped shallots make a lovely vinaigrette with extra-virgin olive oil.
