Bright white irregular chunks of sugar that are made from refined beet sugar that is compacted under very high pressure. It won't melt but becomes soft and sweet in the mouth. Vegan friendly as bone char filters are not used in processing. Commonly used in baking and making waffles in Scandinavia. Gives a delightful crunch and sweetness to pastries, breads, cookies and waffles but can be used in decoration of cakes and other desserts for interesting and visually pleasing results.
