Manjari is a masterful blend of rare Criollo and Trinitario beans from Madagascar creating a fresh, sharp bouquet with red fruit notes and a tangy edge. Lighter in color with a cooler taste. This chocolate is in the feve or oval disc shape which is easy to measure and designed specifically to melt evenly. Use for all confections, coatings, ganaches, moldings, mousses, sauces, ice cream and sorbets, chocolate drinks, decorations and glazes.
