Blue Steel Baking Sheet. The relatively high flared edges of the baking sheet are suited for baking and browning large, dense dough products. The sheet allows for full exposure to the heat of the oven. Blue steel will arrive with a coating and must be seasoned. If pan is not kept clean and dry, it can potentially rust. Made of 1/16" thick steel. Measures 25 1/2" length x 17 3/4" width x 1 1/8" depth.
