Using the Culinary District site:
The site is very user friendly and we will continue to improve your experience .
· To begin shopping just select the items you would like to purchase.
· You will see recently viewed items at the bottom of the item pages in case you want to go back
· You can create a wish list as you go, just click on wish list to add items and make public if you wish
· When you would like to check out simply select “Proceed to check out”
· You can register there which will streamline your experience on future visits
· You can have multiple ship addresses for other people which you can easily switch to when you’re not shopping for yourself
· You will be asked for your credit card information but if you wish you can jump to the “shipping” page to choose the method you would like to ship by clicking on the “shipping” bread crumb below the search bar.
· Complete your credit card information and your order will proceed to review and submit at which point you can add or delete items if you change your mind
· When you are finished submit your order and your confirmation number will appear in the window
· You will receive an order confirmation by email
· If there are any back orders on your order we will contact you for instructions
· When your order is fulfilled you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number
Your account:
· When you log into your account you will be able to see all transactions and their status
· You will be able to click on transactions to see more detail
· If you want to change your email or password, please click here. You must be logged in to use this feature.
· If you ever have a problem or a question you can open a support case and we will address any issues or questions right away
· The support cases remain on your account page for review at any time
E-Card vs. Gift Certificate:
· We offer two different types gift cards here on the Culinary District.
· The first type is the Culinary District E-Card. This is an INSTANT gift certificate where the recipient receives an email from us with a code to use. You can include a personalized message for the email. The user must have a valid email address in order to receive the E-Gift Certificate. This type is can ONLY BE USED ON THE CULINARY DISTRICT WEBSITE.
· The second type of Gift Certificate we offer is the Surfas Gift Certificate. That is a card that will be mailed to the recipient. Currently we are offering FREE SHIPPING for all Surfas Gift Certificates. These cards can ONLY BE USED AT THE SURFAS STORE IN CULVER CITY, CA! They cannot be used online or at the Culinary District store in AR.
