Mundial 10" Chef Knife Blue Handle, 5600 series. 10" chef knife with blue handle. Old World craftsmanship combined with modern technology for durability, comfort and value. High carbon/no stain blade, molded polypropylene handle, treated with sanitized antimicrobial protection, NSF. Blue color to help avoid cross-contamination in the kitchen. Blade is 10" in length, handle is 5.5" for a total of 15.5" in length.
