Rectangle-shaped Enamel Cast Iron Dish in blue. These enamel dishes are most commonly used for creating gratin, macaroni and cheese, crème brulee and egg dishes. They are oven-proof, dishwasher safe and compatible with all types of stovetops, including induction. All dishes are constructed from one uniform piece with easy to grip lipped handles. Note that all dimensions are interior and do not include handles or thickness of the material.
Interior dimensions are: 8 7/8" length x 5 1/8" width x 1 3/8" depth. Holds 1 quart. Weighs approximately 3.5 lbs.
