These Enamel Cast-Iron Dutch Ovens are easy to clean, durable and compatable with standard stovetops, induction ranges, and conventional ovens. The cast-iron is enameled twice. The first enamel is black, which seals the edges, protects against corrosion and is a primer for the color. The second enamel adds durability and color. Each oven includes one matching lid. Lid knobs are heat resistant up to 400 F. All dimensions are interior and do not include handles or thickness of material. Interior dimensions are: 12 1/4" length x 9 5/8" width x 4 1/2" depth. Holds 5.5 quarts. Weighs approximately 14.5 lbs.
